A Wise Person Should Not Suppress The Natural Urges Of The Urine, Feces, Semen, Flatus, Vomiting, Sneezing, Eructation, Yawning, Hunger, Thirst, Tears, Sleep And Deep Breathing After Exertion.

The Evils Of Restraining The Urge For Maturation And Their Remedies

  • For The Purpose Of Treatment, The Various Diseases Which Are Born Of The Suppression Of These Urges.
