After Delivery Of A Child The Placenta Comes Out Automatically Within 10 To 20 Minutes. It Should Not Be Pulled Or Removed By Inserting The Hand, As Some Time It May Lead To Very Serious Complication. After Expulsion Of Placenta, Sudden Gush Of Blood Comes Out ,Which Should Be Cleaned And A Thick Pad Of Boiled, Clean Cloth Be Applied, If There Is Ulceration Of Vagina Some Antiseptic Ointment, Or A Tampon Soaked With Wine Should Be Applied.
